Collins, who was not selected during the 2010 NBA Draft, played for Charlotte's summer league team and averaged 12.5 points and 2.8 assists in four games.

In four years at Kansas, the 5-foot-11 point guard led the Jayhawks to 130 victories, including the 2008 national title. He finished fifth all-time in scoring (1,888 points) and seventh in assists (552) at the perennial powerhouse.
